How to Order

Ordering on line is simple.  Just browse our store pages for all types of bird feeders and accessories.  When you see an item you would like to buy,  just click on the ADD button.  Our on-line ordering system will keep track of your order for you.  No information is transmitted until you checkout.  You can add, remove, or change items from your shopping cart as you go along.  

You can view your order at any time by selecting VIEW CART.  Your shipping charges will be calculated for you at this time.

Once you have completed your order and are satisfied, click the CHECK OUT button and you will be given a choice of ordering options:

          1.  Order by credit card on line

          2.  Order by PayPal

          3.  Order by phone

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail so you know your order is being processed.  We usually process orders within 24 hours and ship via FedEx.  Expect to receive your order (within the Continental US) within 5-7 days.  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another notification via e-mail with a tracking number.

Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock (we have a 99% in stock rate so this does not happen often) we will send you an e-mail to let you know when we expect the item to arrive or possible substitutes that may be available immediately.  The whole order will be on hold until a decision is made on the out of stock item.
